Mr. Margules is a business transaction lawyer with experience across many industries and a background in litigation. Mr. Margules’ practice represents clients in commercial and business transactions and litigation; business formation/dissolution; partnership law; intellectual property - trademarks; and real estate. He has extensive experience with companies in the auto, apparel, hospitality, real estate, and consumer electronics industries; among others. Mr. Margules is a member of the fi rm’s Management Committee.

Mr. Margules received his B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University in 1994 and received a joint J.D./M.B.A. from Pepperdine University in 1997. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1998. Mr. Margules is a member of the American Bar Association, and a member of the Beverly Hills and Los Angeles County Bar Associations.
